What is HomeLife Initiatives?
HomeLife Initiatives was birthed from one woman’s journey as a parent, educator, and friend. It is a response to observations and conversations with parents about their relationships with their children. Many parents feel angry, guilty, and alone. They are not at all sure they are doing a good job of parenting their children. The desire to parent well is greater than the ability to pull it off day to day.
Renee Farkas is a learning and behavior specialist who will meet with you, listen to you, and help you address your concerns in practical ways. She will assist you in writing an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), a practical plan consisting of goals and strategies addressing the areas of need in the family. She will consult with you on an on-going basis, attending to your progress and needs as you implement the ILP.
